If you are having a wedding party, quinceañeras or other event we have a space that will hold approximately 300 people. If you are having a family reunion, company party, Christmas parties, birthday parties, retirement parties, graduation parties, after funeral dinners our space is available. The space features a prepkitchen, ice machine and a fridge, it is not equipped for cooking however there is a sink for washing dishes. We recommend that you have your food catered in or have a potluck style event. The Brazos E has a loading dock for caters and guess to unload there items. It also features a patio for outdoor parties as well as an upstairs balcony. When there are weddings there is a room for the bride to change in and a separate room for the groom to change in. This space is also available to be used as office space depending on the type of event. The larger upstairs room will hold 25-30 people and the smaller room will hold about ten.

If you are having a business meeting and need a space or having a small party we have office space available upstairs. This event space is also good for church meetings. If you rent the event space we will set up 5 tables and 25 chairs to get you started. Additional tables and chairs are available for you to rent on site. Setup and tear down for your event is included in the rental price, and that includes the cleanup once your event is over. Brazos E can be set up as a romantic space for weddings and an upbeat space for parties, this is a very elegant space. Why choose us? We feature a friendly family oriented staff.
